Forum Upgrade Completed...vBulletin installed

The long awaited, and previously announced, upgrade to our Support Forums has been completed.

Long gone is IPB which we started with way back in 2003 and welcome THE best forum software made (in my opinion that is) vBulletin.

The IPB was waaaayyyy too insecure and the vBulletin provides us with more features.
