Logging onto FTP and Email

This info is included in the "ALL SET" email but thought I'd post it here in case someone misses it (some have).

When you open your account your asked to choose a username right and a password. AND thats the username and password you use to access your ENSIM control panel..
Well that username (by itself) wont work for your email, and FTP.
To login to email or FTP you have to use:

username@mydomain.com


Of course you substitute your username before the @ symbol and your domain name where I wrote "mydomain.com"

So if your username is joe and your domain is hamburgersrus.com
then you would login as joe@hamburgersrus.com

and your password.

All usernames and passwords are case sensitive.
ALSO its really picky about punctuation marks and symbols so its best to stick to alphanumeric usernames and passwords.

How to login via FTP on an Ensim Server before propagation:
HOSTNAME: The IP address of your server.
USERNAME: user@yourdomain.com (respectivley)
PW: The PW for your user set in the admin page.
